What the meanig of «Kinematic viscosity (@ 40, 100 ⁰С)»?

Kinematic viscosity is a measure of the resistance of a fluid to its flow under the influence of gravitational forces. The lower the indicator is the thinner the oil is, the higher the indicator is the thicker the oil is.
Kinematic viscosity at 40 °C is necessary to determine the viscosity index of enginer oil, the viscosity class of hydraulic and other industrial oils.
Kinematic viscosity at 100 °C shows how the oil will behave at high operating temperatures.
