What the meanig of «Boiling point of brake fluid»?

There are two temperatures at which the brake fluid boils: the boiling point of the new, “dry”, moisture-free fluid, and “humidified” fluid, containing up to 3.5% moisture (the boiling point of the “humidified” fluid indirectly describes the temperature at which the fluid will “boil” after 1,5-2 years of its operation in the vehicle hydraulic brakes). The higher the values, the better.
