What the meanig of «The crystallization onset temperature»?

The crystallization onset temperature is an indicator of the coolant’s low temperature properties. This is the temperature at which ice crystals begin to form. It depends on the proportion of fluid components: glycols, additives and water in the mixture. Traditionally, this indicator determines the lower limit of the ambient temperature at which the liquid does not solidify and will freely circulate in the cooling system.
